 Yes. KTIMA VIKIS can be rented as a venue-only option.

 The quality, safety, storage, transportation, preparation and service of all food and beverages are the sole responsibility of the licensed catering company serving the event.

 Venue hire includes the use of the agreed event areas, the venue’s existing infrastructure and the presence of a venue supervisor during the event.

The venue supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the venue, coordinating venue-related matters and assisting with the event schedule as it relates to the venue.
The venue supervisor does not act as an event planner, wedding planner, decorator or event coordinator on behalf of the client.

 The event organiser is responsible for any damage caused by guests, suppliers, contractors or third parties engaged by the organiser, in accordance with the venue agreement.

 Yes. KTIMA VIKIS offers private parking facilities for guests and, where required, parking attendants to assist with guest arrivals.

Any fireworks, special effects, installations or activities require prior approval from KTIMA VIKIS and must comply with all venue safety requirements and applicable regulations.

 In the event of force majeure, the relevant provisions of the venue hire agreement shall apply.

 Absolutely. Venue viewings are available by appointment and we would be delighted to show you the venue and discuss your event requirements in detail.

 KTIMA VIKIS does not provide event planning or decoration services directly. However, we can recommend experienced professionals and suppliers who are familiar with the venue and can assist with the planning and styling of your event.

 Caterers who regularly operate at KTIMA VIKIS are familiar with the venue’s layout, logistics, service areas, setup requirements and event flow. This experience allows for more efficient planning, smoother operations and better coordination on the day of the event, contributing to an overall enhanced guest experience.

 Η ποιότητα, η ασφάλεια, η αποθήκευση, η μεταφορά, η προετοιμασία και η διάθεση των τροφίμων και ποτών αποτελούν αποκλειστική ευθύνη της εκάστοτε αδειοδοτημένης εταιρείας catering που εξυπηρετεί την εκδήλωση.

 Η ενοικίαση του χώρου περιλαμβάνει τη χρήση των συμφωνημένων χώρων της εκδήλωσης, τις βασικές υποδομές του κτήματος και την παρουσία υπεύθυνου συντονισμού του χώρου κατά τη διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης.

Ο υπεύθυνος του κτήματος έχει ως αρμοδιότητα τον συντονισμό της λειτουργίας του χώρου, την τήρηση του χρονοδιαγράμματος και τη συνεργασία με τους προμηθευτές για θέματα που αφορούν το κτήμα.
Δεν αναλαμβάνει χρέη διοργανωτή, wedding planner ή διακοσμητή της εκδήλωσης.

 Οι εκδηλώσεις ολοκληρώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους της συμφωνίας και τις σχετικές άδειες λειτουργίας του χώρου.

 Ναι. Το κτήμα διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης για την εξυπηρέτηση των καλεσμένων, καθώς και προσωπικό καθοδήγησης όπου προβλέπεται.

 Ο διοργανωτής της εκδήλωσης είναι υπεύθυνος για ζημιές που προκαλούνται από καλεσμένους, συνεργάτες ή προμηθευτές που έχει επιλέξει για την εκδήλωση, σύμφωνα με τους όρους της συμφωνίας.

 Οποιαδήποτε ειδική εγκατάσταση, εφέ ή δραστηριότητα απαιτεί προηγούμενη έγκριση από το KTIMA VIKIS και πρέπει να συμμορφώνεται με τους όρους ασφάλειας και λειτουργίας του χώρου.

 Σε περιπτώσεις ανωτέρας βίας εφαρμόζονται οι σχετικοί όροι που αναφέρονται στη συμφωνία ενοικίασης του χώρου.

 Βεβαίως. Οι επισκέψεις πραγματοποιούνται κατόπιν προγραμματισμένου ραντεβού ώστε να υπάρχει επαρκής χρόνος για ξενάγηση και συζήτηση των αναγκών της εκδήλωσής σας.
